We would like to inform you about upcoming opportunities for our staff and the community to participate in discussions regarding our new high school. We value your input and believe it is crucial to involve all of our stakeholders in this significant undertaking.
On Tuesday, May 23, we have scheduled multiple meetings where our staff and the community can contribute their ideas and insights. Our architect team will be leading these sessions and guiding us through the process.
We have allocated time slots to cater to different groups within our school district. The morning sessions at the EACC Tech Center will provide an opportunity for teachers and students to share their perspectives. The noon session will be open to the entire community, allowing anyone interested to join and contribute their ideas. We have also scheduled an additional teacher session in the afternoon.
For those who cannot attend the daytime sessions, we have organized an evening community session at Wynne Primary School, starting at 5:00 pm and concluding at 6:00 pm. This session provides an excellent opportunity for community members who may have other obligations during the day to participate and share their thoughts on the planning process.
