At NewStart Academy, Mrs. Vickie's Literacy students are collaborating on creating infographics based on topics of their choice. One of our students is sharing their expertise by guiding others on using an app to design backgrounds for their projects.

NewStart Academy's Literacy classes recently conducted a Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) concerning the disappearance of Ichabod Crane in the town of Sleepy Hollow. After reading the short story, students conducted an investigation that culminated in writing an investigative report and solving the "crime" based on text evidence.

Happy Thanksgiving from the Wynne School District!
As we gather with family and loved ones to reflect on the blessings in our lives, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude to the Wynne School District community.
We are thankful for our dedicated teachers and staff who go above and beyond to support our students. We are thankful for our parents and guardians who partner with us in our mission to educate and inspire every child. And we are thankful for our students, who bring so much joy and laughter to our schools.
This year, we have much to be thankful for. Our students are making great progress, and our schools are thriving. We are committed to providing our students with a safe and supportive learning environment where they can reach their full potential.
We are also thankful to be back in school with everyone together after the tornado. We are so grateful to all of those who volunteered, donated, or lent a helping hand during our recovery. Your kindness and generosity will never be forgotten.
Thank you for being a part of the Wynne School District family.
We wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!
